Sejak Korean Green Tea 30g
A delicate early spring green tea from Hadong, hand-picked in early May to capture a light, nutty sweetness and refined grassy freshness.
Origin & Harvest
Sourced from the historic tea slopes of Hadong, South Korea, this traditional Sejak (細雀) tea is crafted from tender young leaves hand-picked in early spring.
Grown naturally between the Seomjin River and Mt. Jirisan, the leaves benefit from dramatic day-night temperature swings and morning mists, resulting in a tea of exceptional purity and nutrient density.
Craft & Character
Following time-honoured Korean green tea traditions, the freshly picked leaves are gently pan-fired (panning) rather than steamed. This traditional processing preserves the leaf's natural brightness while imbuing the tea with a characteristic toasted warmth and rounded mouthfeel.
